Our class for active older women is Chair Yoga & Gentle Fitness for Women 65+—thoughtfully designed for women 65 and older who want to stay active, flexible, and strong—at a comfortable pace and in a warm, supportive environment.
We combine chair yoga, gentle strength training, low-impact and joint-friendly cardio, and core-focused exercises to support full-body wellness.
