This class is thoughtfully designed for women 65 and older who want to stay active, flexible, and strong—at a comfortable pace and in a warm, supportive environment.
We combine chair yoga, gentle strength training, low-impact and joint-friendly cardio, and core-focused exercises to support full-body wellness.

Seated & Standing Yoga Poses
Improve flexibility, posture, and circulation with the support of a chair.
Gentle Strength Training
Light resistance exercises to help build muscle and support bone health—great for those managing osteoporosis.
Low-Impact: Joint-Friendly Cardio
