Fast-paced, fun, and empowering—these classes are designed to help teen girls build strength, stamina, and confidence in both body and mind. Each session combines dance with aerobic conditioning, strength training, and yoga to build endurance, power, and flexibility, all set to upbeat Jewish music and delivered in a supportive, motivating environment.

Teens will work on:

  • Building full-body strength with functional movement and proper form
  • Improving endurance and energy through varied cardio and conditioning
  • Enhancing flexibility and focus with mindful yoga and breath-based movement
  • Developing core stability and alignment for lifelong wellness
  • Gaining tools to reduce stress, boost mood, and feel strong from the inside out
